Sky are charging me for things they said they've cancelled


i recently had my sky tv package changed as it was too expensive and they were charging me for HD for sky sports, HD for normal tv and ultra hd as well as a number of things I didn't use. I sorted it out and was pleasantly surprised to be told my bills would be £40 going onwards. I've checked my bill and realise I'm being charged £57 a month which includes ultra hd, multiscreen, HD, HD for sky sports which were supposedly cancelled. Am I missing something or has something gone wrong skys end? Attached below is copy of the email I was sent confirmed my tv package and also my bill itemised

How recently did you talk to Sky about this and what does next months bill show that you will be paying ?

"This change will take effect in 31 days unless otherwise agreed", you haven't given any dates for these changes but Sky's bills take time to update due to the notice required. Have you checked future bills yet (they may still not have updated themselves).

It was mid April I spoke to them and the future bill shows the same as what I've posted

@Alexfan202216  Do be aware cancelling sky sports hd cancels sky sports altogether has you can't have one without the other 

 

so are you sure you want to lose access to sports altogether?

I was told by the sky person that I didn't need the regular hd or ultra hd and they would be cancelled but they're still being paid for
