Hi
I purchased sky stream today and I am having the following issues
1. The sky app is only accepting uk postcodes and I live in Ireland
2. I am having difficulty setting up a new sky id, when I do it asks me how did I pay for sky glass but I did not purchase sky glass I purchased sky stream
I had sky over 2 years ago and it keeps trying to link me back to my old account. I've changed the email on the old account so I can use the original email on the new account but it still asks about sky glass

Hi Thanks, unfortunetly the issue wasn't resolved yesterday. How do I continue the converstaion today? The chat bubble isn't on my page

Have Sky still not fixed their app/web so Irish customers can register without a UK postcode ? It's been this way for over 3 years. Shame on you Sky.

Hello I'm still waiting for someone to help me with my issue. No one replied to the last escalated message.
Whomever set up my account last week spelled my name wrong and I think this could be the issue as to why I can't access my account.
Can someone please address this?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi Is there another form of customer service? I am 5 days logging in and out of this forum trying to resolve the issue and each time a chat bubble appears I have to start my whole explanation again and nothing is resolved. My name was spelled wrong by the Sky employee when he opened my account and as such I cannot now set up account or sky ID.
Can you provide a Irish phone number or direct email to help me resolve this please? Thanks
