Sky account features such as billing and product setting restricted

The sky phone app says to finish setting up account, but when i go through the process it ends up saying restricted. I can't access any of the sky features when i log in on desktop or phone, when i press my "your products" it comes back as technical error and when i go on billing nothing loads and just shows a white screen. I think it might have something to do with my sky id or something but im not sure. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

It might be related to the login you are using so are you using the correct one and not perhaps one for an additional user on your account or an old one if you left Sky in the past and then returned ?

I can login fine it's just accessing other stuff. Just tried to reset my password and it said access denied.

 

You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server.

Nope, I've even tried changing browsers from Brave to Chrome to see if it works but nothing changed. I get the error on the app on my phone as well so I doubt it's anything on my side, I reckon it's something to how my account was set up on their end.

When on your iphone is it connected to Wifi or is it on mobile data, whatever itis using can you try the other one ?

I'm on android, just tried using data and it came up the same. Just says restricted with a red caution sign.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
