Sky VIP sports reward!

My Sky VIP  diamond rewards states have 4 weeks of Sky sports on us. When I try to redeem it’s says there’s nothing in your basket?

 

how do I access this offer?

Hi have tried to do that. Spoke to two different people but they were unable to activate the offer saying they couldn't see it on their end and it must only be in the app.  Just tried to get me to upgrade to sports for 24 months.
