Sky TV order Cacelled

My sky tv and broadband order was cancelled today because royal mail couldn’t find my address. I have just purchased a new build property and ordered sky tv and broadband.

I got a notification from royal mail that my order was being returned to sender because the address was wrong, it isn’t wrong they just don’t have it.

What should I do here?

@Robdenio  You will need to check on Royal Mail if they hold the correct address  Postcode Finder - Find an address │ Royal Mail Group Ltd
