Sky Stream Subscription showing as Sky Glass in account info

Hi, I have an active Sky Stream Account but when I look at 'Account Info' it says that this is a Sky Glass Account?   When I interrogate the 'Chat Bot' I am told that I am logged into a Sky Glass Account No. ........... but that I do not have an active subscription?   Any one know what is going on please?  Thanks, Alan

@Bod  Sky Glass & Stream are usually found under the same account setup as they would normally be linked if you had both.

 

In this case it's irrelevant if it's called Sky Glass as long as you can see your stream puck and TV packs within the account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
