this is to list prices only. Account specifics may vary the discounts (which aren't price increases)
There may be an issue as a couple of people have reported signature list price incorrectly changing recently - but as we can't see your bills you'll have to look and see what's changed.

On the other thread I believe the £2 extra was removed when queried. https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Account-Billing/Sky-Signature-Price-Increase-January-2024/td-p/4517915

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Vestoffon it sounds like Sky are claiming this is a price correction as they have been undercharging you. In order to prove Sky wrong, do you have any confirmation when you signed up on what your agreed monthly bill should have been. This will prove whether or not they have indeed been charging you correctly or undercharging you as they seem to be claiming.

What was the price you signed up to and appears in the confirmation email (or letter) Sky sent you at the time? If you signed up to £34 and Sky made an error in not charging that amount up to now, you haven't got much to complain about.

If you have the written confirmation of that, either email or letter, you can use it to support a complaint.
