I have just noticed my Sky Signature has increased by £2 from January. Not a lot but I have not been advised of this increase by Sky and increases normally happen nearer April. Anybody else had this increase.

If it's discount related you were told at the time how long it's applied for, whioch is normally 18 months.

Hi
mine has also increased, full price has gone up from £32 upto £34 a month, no notification from the company yet.
i have discounts which do bring it down but they should inform there customers

Thanks, yes we should be informed. I cannot remember a £2 discount, nothing showing on my account. Sneaking through increases is not acceptable.

There hasn't been a list price increase. As noted, that's in April.
It must be account specific.

Find out moreNot all discounts run for the length of minimum term, customers are advised when the discount is applied how long it is for and when it expires, it's then up to the customer to record this information for future reference as sky don't currently issue reminders

I am aware of my contract length and discounts end in October 24. Never seen a £2 discount on my bill for Sky Signature. Been with Sky over 17 years so aware of how billing works. Looked back on my contract and cannot see a £2 discount. Thank you

Hi I have had 3 price in creases in 13 months
I joined sky December 22
1st price increase March 2023
2nd price increase May 2023
Now looking at January 2024
3rd price increase
Sky T&c say 1 price increase in 12 month's Every April time
This dosent seem wright to me
And I did not receive email or letter informing me of the the price increase
Sky are in breach of contract I should be able to cancel my contract?
How can they increase prices so many times its illegal

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePerhaps some of your opening discounts were not for a full 18 months. Compare your latest bill with an older one and see where the changes are, specifically by clicking on the blue down arrow by any differing amount. If it still doesn't seem right give Sky a call and challenge it. They are open usual times today.

Sky seem to have picked up on this issue. I have a price adjustment in Feb to repay the £2 and from March back to the correct price. Thank you Sky!
