Sky Reward-email already registered

When trying to enter for a reward (sorry ballot) I keep getting a message to say email has already been registered. Has anyone else got an actual answer for a solution as I cannot seem to find any tbh f anywhere (other than the usual "ghost" routing you appear to get on here).  Thank you.

 

It has worked fine in the past
