Sky contract ended - new provider from 14.12.23. Billed 27.12.23.
Can see from chat, that refund usually takes 4-6 weeks. DD is still open.
I am currently not working and I would be very grateful if this could be refunded ASAP. I tried to ring at least 3 times and said doesnt recognise my mobile number.

Many thanks, no I checked on old SKY account and no credit given on 27/01/24 as I expected.

I can see old bill for 27.12.23 but not a bill for 27.01.24. Should I wait a day or 2? Many thanks

Many thanks, I have been advised by SKY on Monday evening after this post - I received 2 emails and the refund is in process. Much appreciated.
