Sky Refund request

 

Sky contract ended - new provider from 14.12.23. Billed 27.12.23. 

Can see from chat, that refund usually takes 4-6 weeks. DD is still open. 

I am currently not working and I would be very grateful if this could be refunded ASAP. I tried to ring at least 3 times and said doesnt recognise my mobile number.

Do you see a credit on your account now because if you do we can arrange some help for you via here in getting it refunded to you.

I can see old bill for 27.12.23 but not a bill for 27.01.24. Should I wait a day or 2? Many thanks

As the 27th was Saturday hopefully the credit will appear over the next few days as this is what should happen when an account is cancelled.

Many thanks, I have been advised by SKY on Monday evening after this post - I received 2 emails and the refund is in process. Much appreciated.
