Sky Q to sky atream

I have started sky stream at the start of the month,. But I had sky Q before that and have been charged a full month of sky Q. When will I receive a refund for the balance.

Now that Sky Q has been cancelled you should see a credit for any overpayment so do you see this on a future bill yet ?

Thanks for your reply, just checked my billing and I can't see anything but my last sky Q bill and my current sky stream bill.

And what shows on your future bills, are you just being billed for Sky Stream and not Sky Q and you don't see a credit on them ?
