@Fireandwater I don't think escalating your post will help you. As previously stated Sky have made their decision.

Re: Sky Q no satellite signal problems

@Daniel0210 They might be able to do something. We can give it a chance at least because as I stated earlier I'm not leaving without an outcome.

@Daniel0210 Looks like we will need to get in the Sky team in this forum to have a look and investigate into what can be done.Because I'll be honest with you I'm not leaving without getting any Outcome.

The Sky forum team won't be able to investigate this - it's outside the scope of their role.

Your only option is to follow the documented procedure here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

@rscott @I've followed the complaint procedure but they are not interested in listening.

Then there's nothing else which can be done. The Sky team on the forum definitely won't be able to assist - this is completely outside their role.

@Fireandwater For the reasons already provided I won't be escalating your post. Sorry, but you need to move on and find a new provider.

@Fireandwater  As per @Daniel0210  & @rscott  there is nothing to escalate. The community Chat team would not be able to deal with this as it is not within their remit.

Your option is to raise a complaint with Sky via the routes detailed here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

The Forum are unable to help any further.  There is little point going over the same thing time & again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Fireandwater

Thanks for using the Sky Community.

As outlined above, the team who emailed you has made the final decision. You've confirmed that you've been through the complaints process and the decision has not been overturned.

The Community cannot help you any further. Thread locked.
