Sky Q box returned to wrong address and now lost

Dear Sky Team,

I am writing to inform you that my Sky equipment was accidentally posted to Amazon in error. Since 9th September, I have been in contact with Amazon multiple times via both chat and email in an effort to have the equipment returned. Unfortunately, the communication from Amazon has been very poor, which has caused delays in resolving this matter.

Please be assured that I will continue to contact Amazon until the equipment is successfully returned to Sky. The viewing card was removed prior to posting.

I apologise for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate your understanding while I work to rectify the issue.

@GBGOTBALLS  You're not contacting Sky by posting here, no one at Sky would even know who you are from your login.

If Sky doesn't receive their equipment within a specific time frame you will be charged a non return fee regardless of a promise to return the box at a later date, even if Amazon locate it.
