Sky Q billing error

Was given a sky Q tv deals on Monday July 28th on live chat. A hour later had email confirmation and the prices of package were much higher than what was offered on live chat. I phoned Sky same day was told they would raise a CRF and contact me in 72 hours. 4 days later and 4 phone calls made by myself  to Sky nothing still as been resolved get different answers all the time and my future  billing is still  wrong. Getting frustrated now with 40 minute phone calls explaining same thing over and over. Can anyone help please thank you

Pretty much all you can do is to put in a complaint if your future bills are incorrect as well:

Does your first bill cover a longer period than a month?

If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

Thanks but they're still wrong was quoted on deal signature £24.50 cinema £8 sky sports £12 total £44.50 a month for 24 months. Is that a good or poor deal? Future bills saying £35.50 signature cinema £7 sky sports £23 total £65.50 a month. I'm not paying that much if it's not resolved I be cancelling.

@AlexaBliss123   I'm afraid that threats to cancel mean nothing on here. We are all customers like you. You should contact Sky to see what is going on or to cancel.

@AlexaBliss123 I suspect it's simply that the CRF is taking longer to process.

Phoned again he wouldn't believe me and accept that I'd have sky sports for £12 a month, even though I took screenshot of the live conversation from Mondays deal. I cancelled everything terrible bad customer service Now tv is cheaper or do what loads are doing and getting a dodgy firestick save a fortune bye bye Sky
