Sky Kids still being charged after app removed

Hi

now that Sky Kids app has been cancelled I checked my bill and am still being charged for this service. As Sky have cancelled the app why have they not cancelled the charge on my bill?

The  Kids Add-On includes the Sky Kids TV channel and on-demand content along with all the other paid-for Kids TV channels, it doesn't cover the now defunct Sky Kids App.

You have to give 31 days notice to cancel.  Billing continues as normal during this period.

 

The following bill will generate a credit back to the point of cessation.
