Sky ID - Only shows mobile account

Hello - I have a Sky mobile account and a sperate broadband account - they were both linked so could access them both on sky app with same ID - now it only shows mobile acocunt - is there any reason? Thanks

Are you using the MySky app or do you login online to access your account ?
