Hey,
our glass tv was picked up 11th September on 22nd September had an email stating tv had passed the checks and that they would be in touch regarding refund.
does anyone know how long it takes?
this is just for payments off the tv set as we cancelled glass ages ago and went back to sky Q - tv had been replaced twice but the third time they had it back
don't mind waiting for refund but they are still taking the £17 month payment I don't want to cancel the DD incase it messes up the refund - can anyone help?
think we're due around £255
thanks in advance

Thank you !
I called them didn't really get much in the way of an answer ... what I did get was please don't cancel your DD so they'll keep taking £17 till it's stopped I'm confused lol

i know this is a long time ago, but this has happened to me now and they have said their final position is to not refund me. I'm due £462. Just out of curiosity did you ever get your money back? They promised me a refund before collecting, it passed at grade A and now they refuse a refund. Feels like fraud!
thank you kindly!

Hi @caesarome thank you for your reply.
basically, got a cold call offering the Tv, I asked if I could record programmes etc as I work most days and watch it recorded in the evenings and nights, lady said yes it records and uploads to the cloud it's not internal storage etc I think great thank you and say yes to it all, set up the CCA and it arrived, since I had the tv it was non stop issues, would lose the screen and need to be turned off and on at the wall and then would lose the red light and tv didn't work at all for a few hours, would lose apps like YouTube etc. connection would be lost even though it was hard wired with an Ethernet cable and no issue with broadband. Sound would go, picture would freeze etc etc. many calls later over months and years of back and to, calls back promised that didn't happen and getting basically fobbed off all the time they tried fixing with technical help over the phone, that didn't work, they offered a replacement that I accepted and it never arrived, it was just issue after issue and they ended up agreeing to cancel it and refund me, based on its grading. 100% refund for an A, 75% for a B etc etc. It was cancelled on 1st feb, collected on 5th and graded an A on 16th. I called about my refund they told me it'll be coming and it's for the full amount of £462 as it's a grade A. I called again, and again and again. 10 times over the last month until I finally had a call back today saying it went to management and the final position is no refund and they issued the deadlock letter. I'm just completely perplexed and absolutely stressed and frustrated. They seem to have refunded other people on this forum but not me I just don't understand 😞

You can now go to the Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS), an independent alternative dispute resolution scheme. The details are on that link above as you can email, call or write to them.

Thank you @caesarome I appreciate the help, I was just wondering how others sorted this before it got to this stage, that was all.
by any chance do you have access to the paperwork that says the grading (A,B,C etc) and the refunds associated with those grades?
thank you kindly
