Sky Charging for Broadband after Switching to Another Provider
I'm seriously shocked at the service from sky. We swapped our broadband from sky to Hyperoptic back in February and didn't realise Sky continued to charge us £46 per month for 6 months after we switched. I cancelled the direct debit as soon as I realised.
Now Sky are insisting I reinstate my direct debit and threatening action if not.
I cannot find a way to just talk to them. I've emailed and used their useless chat system and this is the only place I get directed to.
Anyone able to advise?

Did you cancel or did your new provider use OneTouch Switch?

- OneTouch supposedly. Although it seems Sky didn't get the memo...

Have you checked your new provider advised correctly?
