Sky Charges – Has Anyone Had Success Getting a Refund?
A few months ago, I contacted Sky to cancel the Cinema package. After various offers, they told me I could have Sky Sports free for one month. What they didn’t explain was that I’d be charged after that month ended.
Fast forward to last week — I noticed I was being charged for Sky Sports, so I got in touch to cancel it, which they did. However, I’ve since realised I was charged twice for Sky Sports in June.
I was advised to call [Removed], which I did. After a few automated questions, the system simply sent me a link to the online community for help and then cut me off.
Has anyone actually managed to speak to a real person and successfully received a refund? If so, I’d be very grateful to hear how you went about it.

Calls to Sky will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
