Sky Cancelled Still Waiting for credit back

My sky package has been cancelled for some weeks now and all equipment returned. I still have a credit of £50 odd. It says take 6 weeks for credit to be refunded but it's been longer thank that.

 

How do I go about getting this quicker please?

I’ll escalate your post to Sky (when it’s more than the ten minutes old that we have to allow) and their Messaging Team should contact you later but more likely tomorrow.

Look out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

All you should need to do @DC118 is to click on the chat bubble that was sent to you at the bottom of this page, it has been closed now so do you want to try again ?

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
