I managed to activate my cancellation process on March 8th and my Sky Q package finishes on April 9th.
I received a confirmation letter by email on the 8th March which contained the following even though I have been with Sky for yonks??
Has anyone else received such a letter. It sounds like cancellation during initial set up stages?

Once cancelled you will need to return your equipment so this link will help you to do this as you can use any packaging you have:

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
