This is getting ridiculous now.  I am considering cancelling my direct debit and  ALL my Sky subscriptions and using a different provider.

Unless I can view my next bill I'll be cancelling my entire package. It's a really basic requirement that users can view their bills. I don't understand why this is taking so long to correct.

As its not affecting all customers i'm assuming its making it harder for Sky to figure out the cause. There is probably something in common with all the affected accounts so the more affected people who report it as per the post marked as "answered", hopefully it will make is easier for the Sky team to find the cause and then fix it.

Problem still the same - rang Sky AGAIN & told that it will be rectified in 2/3 days (same old story) Also told previous rep I spoke to didn't report the fault correctly so it wasn't actioned

i can't believe it I am getting so fed up

You need to give them to look at it as it will not be instantly. I would have thought you would get a PM back when they have looked into it for you.

I am having the same problem on my iPhone, iMac and iPad. incredibly frustrating as I'm trying to check what my bill's going up to as I too have had the dreded susbcription increse email.

Seems a little strange that people that have received this email can no longer look at their bills!  Is it a coincidence?

So - I make a complaint about the problem & lack of response & I get an email back saying they would look into the complaint but in the meantime this is at the bottom of email

I sat on the phone for 30 minutes earlier before giving up, does anyone know if we can request a bill by email or something?
