Sky App not showing Broadband or Mobile bill details

Happy New Year to evryone.

 

I am trying to look at my mobile bill details within the app, and even though all of my products (Mobile and Broadband) are shwoing, when I click on the details link it just displays a blank page (with Your Mobile Bill and X at the top).

I am able to check the details on the webpage no problem.

 

Can anyone suggest a fix for this please?

Hello and thanks for coming back to me.

 

I can see my detailed bill via this link both on my laptop using MS Edge and my phone so it seems outside the app it looks ok, but the page is still blank from within the app.
