Since moving house my bills are saying zero and I’m in credit but previous bill says cancelled..

I moved house in February and managed to get it moved over okay but now I'm at a loss as my bills say zero and nothing atall is showing on them my previous bill says I've cancelled it and that I'm in credit which will go on next bill but there is no future bill showing up. Tried to sort it online but got no where. Not really great with phone calls as I am awkward as hell. So any help on here would be very much appreciated thank you 🙏

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

A few questions:

When you moved house did you cancel at your previous address and start again at your new property ?

Are your services from Sky working now ?
