Signed up for sky on winter offer but we are paying double now 2 months in

There has been a total mess up on our sky broadband and tv we came to sky with an offer that was on over winter that was worth switching for £48 for sky stream and broadband. We spoke to many people and havent had a good service so far with the tv sometimes cutting out and the broadband sometimes lagging. We are getting charged separately £44 for broadband and £32 for tv,  this is not what we signed up for initially, we had to contact sky again and again for problems and they had to cancel our setup and reset it up. We signed up when it was on offer and I have screenshots of the package we was meant to get and the emails of when we signed up, saying no setup fees and a lower price. I am very frustrated with how much sky are charging me only in the second month and with how I have to contact them as I can never get through.

What is the best way to speak to someone about the bill.

If these are also wrong then as you did before you will need to call Sky.

Is there any way that sky can call us or message us as we struggle getting through.

it has not been the best of service so far. So many issues and a lot higher price.

There is a price rise coming on 1st April which will mean that like everyone else you will be paying more regardless of what price you agreed with Sky as the price you pay isn't fixed but the discount will be so could this be due to the forthcoming price increase ?
