Signed up for sky cinema won't allow us to set up paramount + says oops there's a problem please try again later we have been doing this since upgrading also the broadband still cuts out in bad weather rain etc as we wanted to change to sky streaming

It is saying saying the Oops messsge when you go online to activate it ?
