I signed up for Sky Glass and was given a monthly figure, signed up and had many problems in between with updating and changing addres
I've now seen that two different payments are going out - one that is more than payment agreed and then another additional amount equalling over £90!
This is ridiculous.
Can someone please contact me.
Also this community is rather embarrasing to air your problems.

you need to be proactive yourself and phone sky to discuss what's going on

This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here and Sky won't contact you. In fact they won't know who you are from your Community log-in.
Could you post screenshots of the two wills (edit: or even bills), ensuring any personal info like the account number are not visible.

Find out moreGlass typically does have two components though: there's the monthly installment going towards repayment of the television purchase loan (unless it was bought outright initially), and then the monthly subscription to the streaming service being delivered to the television (and any pucks). It's quite feasible for these to combine to that kind of figure, particularly for the largest set paid over 24 rather than 48 months with some add-on content options.

When you're told the TV payment is £17 and your overall bill is £56,
£90 doesn't add up - I have checked add ons.

I'm not able to call due to being deaf and the only option it gives on the chat is to post here?

It may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
