Services reinstated but still have notice

Hi everyone, whenever I log into My Sky app or the website I have a notice saying my services are restricted (along with the links to reinstate etc).

 

However, everything is paid, all services are working, and everything is set up with direct debits.

 

I have called customer services who tell me nothing is restricted. Which is fine, but I can't do anything via the site or app with this notice still there (even looking at upgrades or changes etc). It's been a few months now. 

 

How can I get rid of it if there's not ACTUAL problem?
