I have paid my bill and my services havnt been turned back on

@Toni82  You're not talking to Sky customer service by posting here.

 

In addition to paying have you also setup a new direct debit, it should be noted debit card payments need to clear before services are restored.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have paid an outstanding bill today and have setup your  payment method again then you will have to wait until the banks clear what you paid today which might not happen until Monday at the earliest.
