Separate Sky TV and Broadband Accounts
My husband and I are each responsible for different household bills. I have the Sky Q account and he has the broadband account (currently BT). Sky are doing a good deal for new customers - can my husband switch from BT and have his own Sky broadband account?

No, there can only be one account at the address, Sky won't allow 2 seperate accounts at the same address.
