SKY account after deceased - can you continue?

What happens if someone has a SKY Q package (with broadband etc) and the person who took out the deal has passed away? Can it be continued by the person remaining in the household, or do they have to take out a new deal? And if they do have to take out a new deal, what is the minimum term?
