Router not arrived

hello. My account was activated today and my router was due to arrive today I believe by 13:30pm and it hasn't still, I'm just concerned as my old broadband has cut me off and I work from home. Can you see any updates your end? I need to go out at 5.15pm and I'm worried in case it does turn up but late and then it's not delivered!
