Router charge

I have been charged £50 for a router I have sent back and even spoken to sky who confirmed they had received it and the £50 would be taken off my bill, this has not yet happened! This has been a farce from the start my new broadband should have gone live in September but did not happen till October and now this!

After speaking with Lauravic we accessed the account and applied a credit to cover the non-return charge.

It was a pleasure speaking with you Lauravic and thanks again.

Thanks
Tom

First, check your future bills for a £50 credit, in case it was too late to be added to your current bill

If your next bill is due to be paid in 14 days or less then as @Mark39 has said it is to late for the credit to be added to it but it should show on the next one:
