I have sent back my equipment to the post office 2 days ago so don’t know how you haven’t received it yet ?

It will take the logistics company around 2 weeks to process the return once they've received it. If you're still getting reminders after that, let us know. Did you obtain proof of posting? If so, be sure not to lose it!
