Hello, I have received boxes to return my sky equipment having cancelled my account, unfortunately the box is not large enough to hold the equipment. Can you please help?

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. You can go via this link to get a return label created and printed: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/2164
If you don't receive the packaging, and Sky have sent you a text/email asking you to return the equipment, you can contact them and ask them to send some return packaging.
Full details on the returns process can be found here:

Keep your proof of posting safe and the tracking number indefinitely. There have been a lot of reports of delays with the returns being processed, potentially taking 2 months, so its useful to keep proof or return that could be sent to Sky should they try and charge you with a failure to return fee.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you cancelled broadband and TV? If so that first box is likely to be for the hub only.
If you’ve successfully cancelled your subscription Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband hub and 31 days for Sky Q box(es)], to the address that the subscription was registered at.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and ask if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
