Hi i have returned my sky q equipment and have proof of postage, this was done around a month ago.
for some reason i keep getting text messages chasing me and now just receievd -
"Hi. Following our previous reminders, we've applied a charge to your account as we haven't received our Sky equipment back. For more info go to sky.com/returns"
please can you raise a complaint so my account is not charged as i have returned the items in the box sky provided.
