Returning Sky broadband hub

I returned my sky broadband hub, using the same box the new hub came in and tgd label gfat was provided. Sky keep contacting me to return hub, but I returned hub via royal mail.

Hi, It does seem to take sometime for these to go through the Sky system and register on your account.
Hopefully  you still have your return receipt to hand, as proof of postage.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Do you still have the proof of postage or tracking details @AnjCaz as the chat team can usually only help if you have these details.

I had this for the Router and a Sky mini box, I called in could provide the Royal Mail receipt for the Router but had to explain the mini box was a door step exchange with their courier while I was actually chatting to tech support....Funny we use their packaging and labels yet when they say they don't receive them they threaten charges rather than asking for receipt of postage...

Did you return it via Royal Mail if so is there anyway you can login to the website and retrieve this information ?
