hi @Gemini666

Hopefully this link will help - the process will generate labels with correct address

Do keep proof of posting as we often see customers being chased for equipment already returned

@Gemini666

I'm presuming your aunt has cancelled successfully and received email confirmation of doing so?

Re: Returning SKY BOX

Yes I cancelled the SKY box and sent it back. I printed a label also postage was free. I got help via a SKY agent by telephone ( I have a landline)  very helpful

Re: Returning SKY BOX

Yes I returned the SKY box and I have an email that says the account finishes on 8 th April. I had to ring Sky for help to print the label. It was a n Irish address so no customs involved which was easier. Thank you for your suggestions I appreciate it.

Glad you are all sorted.

Can I just mention that we do advise that you keep the receipt for quite a while as we often see people being chased a long time after they have returned items

@Gemini666  Personally I would keep the sky returns one indefinitely, because we never know when sky are going to hit people with these requests
