Returned sky equipment, but they are still charging me.

Hi, I returned my Sky equipment months ago, but they have sent me a message today saying they are charging me for not returning it.

I have the email they sent me thanking me for my return.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Plenty have had this issue.

 

We would usually escalate your post to Sky for help but this is currently unavailable for another week so your only option is to contact Sky yourself.

 

We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but for the next week or so this is not available so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” if it is available should be the number to use:

You can print your own return label here then return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

They have done the same to me and even acknowledged receipt. It is impossible to speak to someone except some stupid chatbot

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
