Returned router but being charged by sky

Hi community I returned my router. However, I'm now being charged by sky. The virtual assistant is no good on this topic and I cannot reach an agent. Can anyone help me escalate this to someone who can investigate and refund the charges??

@Stannage
Have you kept your proof of posting / tracking information / email from Sky confirming the package is with the courier?

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

With or without proof of posting we would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and should be available again during this coming week. You can contact Sky by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.

Alternatively post back on this thread later this week and we may be able to help you further.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.

Thanks for this. I tried the virtual assistant but no luck and cannot get in touch via other means! Will give it a few days and try again.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

🔶online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
Towards the bottom of the link it MAY provide a phone number in a section called ‘Need more help’.

🔶 Sky Assistant should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It will provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🔶Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).
