Returned equipment not received

I returned my equipment at least 6 weeks ago, unfortunately I can't find the postage receipt from The Royal Mail. Of course Sky are chasing me for the return, which I can't prove, clearly no point in me lying to keep it as I can't use it. Presumably I am stuck with paying Sky? Any ideas...apart from not losing the postage receipt

Unfortunately without the proof of posting any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.

If you'd like we can escalate your issue to Sky and see if they can help. Let us know on this thread.

I feared as much, yes please. I did ask at Chipping Campden Post Office but it appears they can't produce another receipt. Thank you

To see if they can help I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
