Returned equipment but being billed for it anyway

I cancelled my broadband account and returned my equipment on 02/10/23 (well within the required timeframe). I have the postage receipt and tracking shows it was received on 04/10/23. Fast forward about 10 weeks and I have received a bill for £53 for non-return! I understand this is a common issue. I work nights and it's not easy to find the time to be hanging on the phone for customer service to answer and the help topics on the website are taking me round in circles!! Help would be very much appreciated. Sincerely, tired and in despair 😩

@Gemzz I've escalated your post to the Sky staff here, you should receive either a PM inviting you to chat or see a blue chat bubble appear on your screen, it won't be instant and once you get either you have 48 hours to respond.

Hi @Gemzz

A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

If you still need help with this please let us know by posting on the forum again and we will get it escalated through to us.

Thanks
Tom
