Returned equipment and waiting for refund

Sky deducted amount for unreturned equipment and I was been told that you will refund money back into account after returning the equipment. I have returned my equipment a month ago. However money has not been refunded

You will have to contact Sky about this giving them details from

the proof of posting receipt so under “Need more help” might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

No customer care assistant is speaking over phone. Not helpful through sky.com

One way or the other you will have to contact Sky about this as we are customers here so there is nothing we can do for you I'm afraid.

More likely there is a queue to speak to an agent. You need to be patient. All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
