We have recently left Sky after several years, over 15 years I would say which is a conservative guess. We have been considering a return after experiencing another service and was ready to get in touch when boooooom we get charged for a none return of equipment. So Sky now have their equipment back, I'm £235 out of pocket and certainly won't be returning now. One way to treat a customer with years of loyality!
Anyone help with getting this sorted so we can return

Have you retained your proof of posting? If you have we can possibly get you some help from a Sky staff expert on the forum. If you haven’t kept it be aware any cancellation of non return fees will be at Skys discretion.

No but I can get cctv of me handing it over the counter at the post office. Crazy how they treat someone with years of loyality - no wonder they continue to offer the world to return, they have upset so many people on this front i see. Can't even get hold of anyone to discuss it. Suppose I'll wait for them to call me when they want me to return with my reddies

That won't work. Firstly I doubt the post office will give you any CCTV and you could have been sending any old parcel

Sky won't call you
