Hi, I returned my equipment at the end of my contract but I am still getting a reminder to return... tried to contact you but failed, spent ages with a stupid bot on website but got nowhere! I have returned my kit and I don't want to be charged by your errors... can you please advise how I can get this sorted?

This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here.
Have you retained your proof of posting? If you have we can possibly get you some help from a Sky staff expert on the forum. If you haven’t kept it be aware any cancellation of non return fees will be at Skys discretion.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
