Hello I have returned my equipment to Sky through Royal Mail collection service. I do have proof of collection which I can provide if required. However I have received a text this morning telling me they have applied a charge to my account, they should have received this by now. How can I get the charge removed. I can't pay an additional £50?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNormally, as you have proof of posting we would escalate your post to Sky but the escalation process is unavailable until Thursday 28 December. If you'd rather call Sky we’ve been informed the phone lines will be open:
Christmas Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
Christmas Day ~ 0900 til 1800
Boxing Day ~ 0800 til 2000
New Years Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
New Years Day ~ 0800 til 2100
Other days will be normal hours.
