I sent my sky equipment back by Royal Mail as soon as I received the packaging from Sky. I have proof of posting and I have tried phoning Sky  but with no joy. I can't find an email address to notify them and today I've received a threatening final notice  email if I don't pay money for the equipment. I am pensioner and really don't need this worry. Can anyone help me please.

@Angie511 you'll have to contact Sky to resolve it. You mention that you called - what did they say? Sky generally don't use email as a means of inward contact, but you could try a private chat via their social media: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Account-Billing/Want-to-private-message-Sky/ba-p/4895295
