Returned Sky Q equipment charge

I returned my Sky Q equipment (re upgrade to Sky Stream) on 9th April and just had text to say they have not recieved and charged my £135. That charge is now appearing on my next month bill.

 

I do have my proof of posting and photos of the packaged up equipment and royal mail tracking.
Plus Sky have acknowledged they saw it sent with a number of messages in MySky.
