Returned Equipment

I cancelled my subscription back in September and returned the equipment on 22nd of September (I have the proof of postage). I have tried to get in touch with someone at sky with no luck (which is a separate issue). Does anyone know what I can do to get this sorted? I refuse to pay for equipment that I have already returned.
