Returned ALL Equipment to Sky!

Very disgusted and angry!

 

I have returned ALL Broadband and Sky TV equipment, and now being told I am being charged.  Never going to return to Sky.

 

I wish I'd kept the information, but as it was a few months ago....and I've spoken to them on at least two occasions about this, and they've confirmed it being on route to them - it was all collected by Royal Mail from my house.

 

All I can say is I will NEVER come back to Sky and I don't recommend anyone else to use them either!!!

Unipart are the company that deal with returns and are taking more than 2 weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. If you want we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team.

If you haven’t retained the proof of posting any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.

I just spoke to them, and she says they are not charging me - so I don't understand why they've sent a text saying they are charging me.

 

I will be very cross if they now do charge me....
